AGM NOMINATION FORM FOR OFFICE BEARERS FOR 2021/2022
Please submit your nominations for your 2021/2022 committee. remember that we are all volunteers and in order to provide the best service to our community, we all need to participate. Please chat with your fellow members and nominate those that are willing and able to serve EAA Chapter 322 in a way that will help members and general aviation in South Africa.
Before you nominate committee members, please ensure that they are not only willing to stand but are able to provide to dedicate the time and effort to serve our community. We all need to participate and support the committee, in order that they can support us to the best of their ability.
This form includes the four Exco posts only. You are not required to nominate for each post, however, you may. You may submit only one person for each post.
Please complete the nomination form below and submit this accordingly. Please do not nominate persons that have not agreed to stand for the posts. Current Exco members that are prepared to serve for 2021/2022 are noted, however, new members nominations are welcome.
It is not necessary for you to nominate all 4 exco members, you may only want to nominate 1. All nominations will be accepted for paid up members. This is a nomination only.
Nominations close on Monday 25 October 2021, when voting will be open for the AGM, which will take place on 3 November 2021.
