Private information, when too large (unlikely), is either (a)places on a servers and shared with relevant person for a restricted
period of time and cannot be accessed by anyone outside of the specific designated email address it is shared with, or (b) is shared on google or dropbox.

The EAA does not generally trade is information that is secretive or of high value, except membership information, which we do not share, not even with other members.
